我们很高兴宣布黄伟伦于本年度荣获由建造业训练局颁发的屋宇建造科“年青鲁班奖”。黄伟伦于1999年加入新昌任建筑技术员练习生，现已升任为助理监工。他于2003年度曾获得由职业训练局颁发的“杰出学徒奖”，现在再获殊荣，实在可喜可贺！

2004年度年青鲁班颁奖典礼于本年7月27日假建造业训练局举行，当日除了黄伟伦获颁发"年青鲁班"奖座外，其提各人马志华先生亦一同获得表扬，以肯定他们对建造业的贡献。

此外，主办机构为表扬公司积极支持学徒训练及聘用结业学员，特别颁发了"积极参与资助雇主训练学徒计划的承建商"及“积极聘用结业学员的承建商”奖项予公司。

It is also a recognition of my hard work." 　　黄伟伦：“本人得到建造业所颁发的年青鲁班奖项，感到非常之荣幸，得到这个奖项令我更有自信去迎接将来业界接踵而来的新事物及挑战。同时，这个奖项让我感受到我的努力是受到认同的。”	Mr. Daniel Fung and Ms.Teresa Chu of Hsin Chong received the awards for Most Supportive Contractor in Participating Employer's Subsidy Scheme and Most Supportive Contractor in Employing Graduates in CITA. 　　冯颖杰先生及朱淑芬小姐分别代表公司获颁“积极参与资助雇主训练学徒计划的承建商”及“积极聘用结业学员的承建商”两个奖座。

We are delighted to announce that one of our staff, Wong wai Lun has won the Young Lu Pan Award in the category of Building Construction. He joined Hsin Chong as a Construction Technician Apprentice in 1999 and has subsequently been promoted to Assistant Site Supervisor. He received the 2003 Outstanding Apprentice Award organized by the Vocational Training Council and we are delighted that he has won yet another prestigious award.

The award is organized by Construe industry Training Council and at the presentation ceremony held on 27th July. Both Mr. Wong and his nominator, Mr.Ma Chi Wahl received awards in recognition to the construction industry.

The Company has also recently received two awards for the Most Supportive Contractor in Participating Employer's Subsidy Scheme and the Most Supportive Contractor in Employing Graduates in CITA .These awards recognize Hsin Chong's efforts in providing training for the youth of the industry.
