2004年度全新员工迎新会

在刚过去的六月至八月份举行的迎新会反应不俗,共有69位来自不同部门/地盘之同事参与,而我们更获得高层管理人员如张少麟先生、罗维弟先生及陈惠雄先生等积极支持,为新同事介绍及分享公司之架构、业务运作、集团宏图及信念等等。此外,人力资源部的同事亦为各同事讲解有关公司的人力资源管理理念及员工福利;以及邀得廉政公署主任特意前来向同事讲解有关法例及廉洁守则。于迎新会之最后一环,我们更趁此机会与地盘同事一起参与于总所举行的“Friday Fever”,共度欢乐时光。

参加迎新会的同事表示会向其他新同事推荐此迎新会,因迎新会能加深他们对公司的认识,同时让他们有机会认识来自不同部门的同事。

A total of 69 new staff have attended induction programs between June and August at the Hsin Chong Center. These programs were supported by senior management, Mr. S. L. Cheung, Mr. W. T. Law and Me. Tom Chan who gave in-depth introductions to the history, structure, vision and core values of the Company. In addition, Human Resources representatives provided details on the Human Resources Philosophy and staff benefits. ICAC officers were also invited to explain anti-corruption ordinances and code of conduct. At the end of the program, all the new staffs were encouraged to participate in the Company's Friday Fever.

Program evaluations indicate that most participants found the process extremely useful in enabling them to appreciate the Company through the formal induction and to meet other employees at the social function. All have stated that they would recommend the program to all new employees.
